Restaurant Manager

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a designated restaurant outlet. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and team performance in line with the brand’s values of respect, responsibility, passion, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a professional, profitable operation within the hotel framework.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs in partnership with the hotel training manager.
• Maintain departmental budget goals by increasing sales revenue and controlling costs.
• Accurately forecast business demand to optimise staffing and food production.
• Oversee all accounting and billing procedures for the outlet.
• Collaborate with hotel management on marketing strategies for the restaurant.
• Promote and support Red Sea Global Hospitality guest incentive programs.
• Manage employee scheduling and time‑control systems.
• Conduct employee reviews, appraisals, and provide coaching on progressive discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage assets and oversee routine preventative maintenance for outlet facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading restaurant or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong ability to drive revenue growth while controlling costs.
• Excellent organizational and forecasting skills.
• Effective communicator with a focus on training and team development.
• Commitment to safety standards and asset management.
