Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager leads all operational, financial, and guest‑experience aspects of our restaurant locations across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily opening/closing, cleanliness, and shift execution while conducting walkthroughs and audits.
• Maintain compliance with SFDA, Ministry of Health, and municipal regulations.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and talent development, supporting Saudization goals.
• Monitor guest feedback channels, resolve escalated complaints, and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in developing annual budgets, analyse P&L statements, control costs, and ensure accurate cash handling and VAT documentation.
• Oversee inventory usage, conduct stock counts, enforce FIFO rotation, and manage replenishment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing restaurant operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi food‑safety regulations (SFDA, Ministry of Health) and labor laws (GOSI, overtime, vacation).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams.
• Experience driving guest satisfaction and handling high‑profile clientele.
• Track record of meeting financial targets and implementing cost‑saving initiatives.
