Restaurant Manager – Specialty Steakhouse

About the role

The Specialty Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations on Ummahat Island. You will oversee the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff during peak periods.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain sanitation and food‑handling standards across all service areas.
• Support servers and hosts on the floor to enhance guest experience.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all food‑and‑beverage policies, local liquor laws and health regulations.
• Drive initiatives to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
