Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead the sell‑out strategy for Shiseido in Saudi Arabia, driving revenue growth through commercial planning, brand activation and cross‑functional alignment. You will oversee key accounts, manage a team and ensure optimal market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve annual sell‑out targets, monitor market share and ranking.
• Lead brand and trade‑marketing activations, launches, visibility and planogram implementation.
• Prepare forecasts, manage SISO processes and coordinate with supply‑chain for demand planning.
• Drive top‑line growth through door management, channel development and performance reviews.
• Lead and coach the sell‑out team, define KPIs, conduct performance evaluations and implement productivity initiatives.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, conduct joint business planning and resolve escalations.
• Track commercial KPIs, produce monthly business reviews and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor stock health, SOH levels, returns and slow‑moving inventory to minimise financial impact.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant retail management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a high‑performing team.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with focus on data‑driven decisions.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and effective negotiation skills.
