About the role
Join IKEA Alsulaiman as a Sales Coworker and help create a better everyday life for our customers. You will work on the shop floor, using your knowledge of the IKEA product range and the local market to maximise sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Actively approach customers, identify their needs and advise on the best home‑furnishing solutions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, well‑priced and fully stocked area of responsibility.
- Apply IKEA merchandising standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Promote all IKEA services and commercial activities to help customers make informed choices.
- Contribute to department goals and support the implementation of planned commercial actions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Confident communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer behaviour.
- Positive attitude and proactive selling mindset.
