Return Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Return Officer to join our operations team. The role focuses on managing returned items, ensuring accurate inspection, documentation, and system updates while coordinating closely with warehouse, inventory, QA and returns teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned items, quantities and accompanying documentation.
• Inspect, classify and record the condition of returned products.
• Update return transactions accurately in the company’s system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, QA and Returns teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all return activities.
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures during return handling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing (preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
