Revenue Controller

About the role
The firm is establishing a new Revenue Controller position to oversee financial performance of legal matters across the Middle East. The role will support partners in managing profitability, billing strategies and revenue optimisation while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist partners with matter financial management, profitability analysis and billing strategy.
- Monitor matter financial performance and produce revenue‑related reports and analysis.
- Drive timely recovery of outstanding invoices and reduce debt levels.
- Support billing processes, client financial management and working capital objectives.
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to improve revenue performance and financial compliance.
Required profile
- Previous experience in revenue control, working capital, billing or revenue management within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of work‑in‑progress (WIP), billing, collections and legal finance processes.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh if currently based outside Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Knowledge of legal finance processes such as WIP, billing and collections.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary between SAR 24,000 and SAR 28,000.
