Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible for managing the transient rooms inventory of the hotel(s) in Jeddah and driving revenue optimisation. The role ensures that group rooms are released back to the general inventory at the right time, maintains clean booking windows, and supports pricing and positioning decisions across cluster properties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the transient rooms inventory to maximise revenue.
• Release group rooms back into the general inventory and ensure clean booking windows.
• Recommend pricing and positioning strategies for cluster properties.
• Oversee the inventory management system to verify the appropriateness of selling strategies.
• Analyse actual sales versus projections and generate accurate reports and presentations.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis, refine approaches and increase market share.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and identify trends from period‑end data.
• Execute revenue‑management projects, align strategies with market knowledge and achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or a related professional area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management and reservation systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to use computer hardware and software for data processing and report generation.
