Risk Specialist (Q‑TU) – Risk Management

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a highly skilled Risk Specialist (Q‑TU) to support the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes aligned with Vision 2030. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks across projects, ensuring safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement of the risk framework.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the “Safety First” value and exercise Stop Work authority when required.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to meet departmental deliverables.
• Implement and improve the risk management framework, procedures, templates and processes.
• Create and maintain a Risk Register, Risk Dashboard and ad‑hoc reports.
• Capture risk data, conduct comprehensive risk assessments and monitor treatment strategies.
• Facilitate risk workshops, monthly risk review meetings and audit compliance against best‑practice standards.
• Integrate risk controls into project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify mitigation opportunities and minimise exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in risk assessment and management within large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff and drive a safety‑first culture.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high‑quality data for analytics.
