Risk/Quality Manager

About the role

The Risk/Quality Manager will act as the local representative of HDR’s Corporate Quality Office, championing the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Middle East region. You will partner with area leadership and project teams to embed risk‑management principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the quality office locally and support QMS implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance a quality‑focused culture.
• Guide Project Managers in developing Project Management, Quality Management, and Risk Management plans.
• Coordinate with regional project quality managers to address support needs and share best practices.
• Report QMS implementation status, lessons learned, and audit resolutions to the corporate Quality Office.
• Communicate updates on QMS and Information Lifecycle Governance (ILG) to staff.
• Develop and maintain local processes that align with QMS and ILG requirements.
• Create an onboarding program to introduce new employees to HDR’s QMS.
