Riyadh Region OR Consumables & Sterile Packs Sales Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Saudi healthcare solutions company to expand its Operating Room consumables and sterile pack portfolio. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses on selling sterile drapes, custom surgical packs, and other OR/ICU consumables to Ministry of Health and private hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across MOH and institutional hospitals in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
• Collaborate with OR teams, CSSD supervisors, procurement and supply‑chain stakeholders to understand needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in‑service training within hospitals.
• Manage NUPCO tender cycles, purchase orders and hospital procurement workflows.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clinical and commercial decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical consumables or disposable products.
• Strong exposure to the Operating Room environment.
• Experience working with MOH hospitals; NUPCO exposure preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with product demos and in‑service training.
• Ability to manage a territory independently, including remote hospitals.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Must have sold into King Faisal Specialist Hospital (KFSH) and King Saud Medical City (KSMC).
