RO Operator – Water Treatment

About the role

The Reverse Osmosis (RO) Operator will run water treatment units at Nestle Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in the Dammam Industrial Area. The role focuses on delivering safe, high‑quality water while meeting production targets and adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate water‑treatment equipment according to the daily production plan.
• Prepare and dose chemicals required for the RO process.
• Perform routine cleaning of RO membranes and conduct CIP on backup lines when needed.
• Monitor and record flow‑meter readings, pressure gauges, and flow ratios.
• Control water quality parameters and ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
• Maintain adequate raw‑water stock to prevent shortages.
• Generate daily operational reports for the line manager.
• Collaborate with the QC team to adjust mineral levels according to recipes.
• Identify basic operational issues, apply corrective actions, and report major failures.

Required profile

• Associate degree in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a water‑treatment plant or similar environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
