Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Riyadh. In this position you will ensure that every guest room and public area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to a memorable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
• Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in rooms and bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed and participate in regular training sessions.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping or room‑attendant experience in a hotel or resort.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• High reliability, responsibility and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and safety protocols.
• Basic English language proficiency.
