Room Service Order Taker – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Makkah as a Room Service Order Taker, handling in‑room dining requests and ensuring guests receive prompt, accurate service. You will be the first point of contact for guests ordering food and beverages to their rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls promptly and take in‑room dining orders accurately.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions and hotel services.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate them to the relevant departments.
• Follow up on orders to guarantee timely delivery and high service standards.
• Record guest preferences and relay important information to the team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Support the In‑Room Dining team and other F&B operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to hotel standards, HACCP, hygiene, health & safety and SOPs.

Required profile

• Good verbal, reading and writing proficiency in English.
• Well‑presented and professionally groomed.
• Strong communication, guest‑contact and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced environment.
