Room Service Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

Join Kempinski in Al Khobar as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress, providing in‑room food and beverage service to hotel guests. You will uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a courteous, efficient and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in their rooms, adhering to hotel service standards.
• Maintain a clean, pressed uniform, polished shoes and name‑tag in line with Kempinski grooming policies.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the hotel’s menu, services and upsell appropriate items.
• Monitor and control inventory, reduce waste and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Keep the service area tidy and organized at all times.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the room‑service outlet.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Operate the POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system accurately according to training.
• Follow all hotel policies on safety, hygiene, fire regulations and health.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, order takers and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in staff meetings, departmental trainings and inventory checks.

Required profile

• Punctual and reliable with a professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a basic command of the local language.
• Positive, motivated attitude with the ability to work flexibly in a team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest issues calmly.

Required skills
