About the role
The Routing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate geo‑coding of customer data and optimizing daily routes for the sales force. This role combines data management, route planning, and performance analysis to support efficient market coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Geo‑code customer data automatically and manually using Road net software.
- Identify and correct routing inefficiencies generated by the software.
- Allocate all customers on the routing maps and assign new customers to appropriate routes and days.
- Train the sales team on the use of geo‑coding devices and related processes.
- Prepare customer data files and adhere to master file policies.
- Extract KPI reports, analyse route performance, efficiency and productivity at a regional level.
- Coordinate with support functions before launching new routes.
- Conduct indoor and market validations of routing plans.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales.
