About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Safety and Security Officer and help create memorable experiences for every guest. You will be the frontline guardian of the hotel’s interior and exterior, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior premises to identify and mitigate safety and security risks.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gather information, document findings, and prepare accurate reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date security records and ensure the accuracy of all documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

Required profile

• Saudi national, as the vacancy is exclusively for Saudi citizens.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
