Safety Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons Corporation is looking for a Saudi national Safety Engineer to support its projects and programs across Saudi Arabia. Working under the guidance of a Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) manager, you will provide technical advice to ensure that site‑specific SH&E plans, workplaces, and operational tasks comply with Parsons risk‑management practices, client requirements and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise project and program managers on conformity with Parsons Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) and corporate policies.
• Audit projects and worksites against corporate standards and conduct on‑site inspections to identify hazards.
• Prepare and submit detailed audit, inspection and incident investigation reports.
• Implement occupational injury and incident reporting processes and lead root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with project personnel to develop and track corrective actions.
• Perform trend analysis on audit findings, inspections and incident data and produce regular reports.
• Represent Parsons during external regulatory or loss‑control inspections.
• Act as the SH&E manager’s representative on project worksites.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least 60 months (5 years) of experience in occupational safety and health engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE legislation and Parsons risk‑management practices.
• Ability to work onsite and travel to project locations as required.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
