About the role

BioCatch is seeking a Sales Account Director to lead its growth in Saudi Arabia. Based primarily in Riyadh (with flexibility for Jeddah) you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships within the banking and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with target accounts, focusing on banks, credit‑card issuers and other financial institutions.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, channel partners and technology allies to support BioCatch’s go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Pre‑Sales, Sales Engineering and Account Management teams to maximise revenue and technology adoption.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, reporting and contribute to business case development.
  • Represent BioCatch at industry events and promote the brand within prospective accounts.

Required profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience selling technology solutions, preferably in the banking, finance or complex enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar deals in cybersecurity, fraud prevention or authentication SaaS/Cloud solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated and consultative sales approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia.
