Sales Account Manager

About the role

Foreground, a global leader in fitness, wellness and health solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its Country Field Sales team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the hospitality and residential (H&R) segment, combining new‑business development with strategic account management for hotels, developers and high‑end residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profitability and cash‑flow targets within the H&R segment.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across hotels and residential projects.
• Manage and grow existing accounts, continuously seeking upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads, profile customers, plan sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in line with company sales standards.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through professional account management and follow‑up.
• Provide structured market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity and segment trends.
• Ensure strong pipeline coverage and deal progression in the local market.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar B2B sales role.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage complex, solution‑based sales cycles.
• Highly driven, commercial and results‑oriented.
• Passionate about fitness and an active, healthy lifestyle.
• Professional, credible and confident when engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
