About the role

The Sales Advisor will support the assigned automotive portfolio, primarily Toyota vehicles and accessories, by executing sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to meet monthly sales targets while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for Toyota vehicles and accessories.
Process customer inquiries, provide quotations, and manage delivery information.
Resolve guest complaints proactively and ensure high satisfaction scores.
Comply with all Sales and Compliance Standard Operating Procedures.
Deliver vehicles to customers on time and coordinate logistics.
Complete required product‑knowledge and soft‑skill training courses.

Required profile

Minimum 48 months (4 years) of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
Ability to work under monthly supervision and meet defined sales targets.
Limited authority to approve customer discounts as per policy.
Strong focus on customer service and complaint resolution.
