Sales Advisor – Retail (Jeddah, KSA)

About the role

Join On’s growing retail team in Jeddah as a Sales Advisor. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, delivering premium customer experiences and supporting the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously embody and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy.
• Greet customers, respond to inquiries and create tailored solutions.
• Listen to customer needs, promote product engagement and drive sales.
• Maintain in‑depth product knowledge and stay informed on global initiatives such as sustainability and athlete stories.
• Provide input on merchandising, events and community activities.
• Give feedback to store leadership to improve processes and service levels.
• Help uphold visual standards for a premium store experience.
• Assist with inventory management, placing new product and fill‑in orders.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Retail experience; background in running, fashion or sports is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Initiative, quick learning, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and relationship‑building skills.
• Attention to visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to multitask while staying attentive to customers.
