Sales and Business Development

About the role

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across a defined region. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing long‑term partnerships, and delivering tailored logistics and supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market coverage and revenue.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers while maintaining existing relationships.
• Conduct market research to spot industry trends and business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, customize logistics solutions, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, prepare regular reports for senior management, and analyse data to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer‑service teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Lead and motivate sales team members (if applicable) to achieve high performance and align initiatives with corporate goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce, logistics or supply‑chain sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and/or Mandarin are a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong client‑relationship management and business‑development skills.
• Familiarity with logistics services and current supply‑chain industry trends.
