Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand in a retail environment, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports visual merchandising, maintains store standards, and assists the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with operational duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the loyalty program and educate shoppers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for peak‑period hours, and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual standards, manage stock, and handle clearance items.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, balance cash tills, issue receipts and refunds, and follow loss‑prevention policies.
• Replenish and re‑merchandise the sales floor to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Professional grooming and the ability to work extended hours during busy periods.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge to minimize stock loss and provide accurate recommendations.
