About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand inside the store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will ensure the store meets visual and operational standards while providing a welcoming experience for every shopper.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and professional attitude at all times.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Flexibly work varied shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.
