About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand inside the store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and a welcoming attitude. This role involves maintaining store standards, handling transactions, and supporting promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is attractively displayed.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, refunds, and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.
