Sales Consultant – Luxury Retail (Madinah)

About the role

Damas Jewellery is seeking a Saudi‑national Sales Consultant to join its Madinah store. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, turning interest into sales while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy and ensure attractive product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Adapt sales approach to each client’s needs and handle objections confidently.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new collections.

Required profile

• Minimum senior high school education.
• 2–5 years experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Self‑starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
