Sales Coordinator – Automotive Showroom

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for a highly organized and commercially aware Sales Coordinator to support end‑to‑end sales operations in its showroom. The role serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth customer journeys, and strong alignment across Sales, Finance, Logistics, Registration, and Aftersales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily showroom sales activities and provide administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain real‑time visibility of vehicle availability, stock allocation and pipeline status with the inventory team.
• Track booking‑to‑delivery cycles, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues to accelerate handovers.
• Update and maintain customer records, lead status and sales pipeline data within the CRM system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, test‑drive schedules and pending documentation to ensure a premium showroom experience.
• Liaise with Finance for payment confirmations and deal approvals, and with Registration, Insurance and Logistics for timely vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with Aftersales and PDI teams to align vehicle readiness with customer handover schedules.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
