Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team of a leading industrial supplies provider, handling quotations, order processing and customer interactions. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales, procurement, logistics and finance to deliver timely solutions to clients across sectors such as oil & gas, construction and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and contracts, and process customer orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with procurement, logistics and finance teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in‑person meetings, maintaining and expanding client relationships.
• Maintain sales records, update CRM/ERP systems, generate reports and prepare management presentations.
• Collaborate with sales managers and representatives to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
• Experience in PPE, industrial supplies or B2B sales is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo, SAP or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail in data entry, order processing and reporting.
• Problem‑solving mindset for handling customer concerns and operational issues.
