About the role
We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented candidates who are eager to grow and gain hands‑on experience in the sales field. The position is based in Madinah and is part of the Tamheer program, offering practical experience in sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage customer communications, sales orders, and shipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Monitor sales performance and support marketing campaigns with performance tracking.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- English proficiency is preferred.
- Eligible for the Tamheer program.
