Sales Director - Digital Transformation & AI Solutions

About the role

InnovationTeam, a digital transformation and AI-powered solutions provider based in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Sales Director in Riyadh. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams and expand the company's market presence in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, positioning it as a partner for enterprise and government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to reach revenue growth targets and market expansion goals.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the sales team, building a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Build relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders, present tailored proposals and act as the main liaison with key accounts.
• Manage long-cycle deals in ministries and government bodies, keeping them alive and driving them to signature.
• Drive business development, identify high-value opportunities and collaborate on go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
• Monitor sales performance, manage the pipeline, forecast accurately and report on results.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a multinational corporation is preferred, with knowledge of global sales strategies and enterprise-level client engagement.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage.
• Experience with AI, cloud and enterprise integration technologies is preferred.
