Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and mentor sales and pre‑sales teams across the Gulf region, focusing on expanding our enterprise solutions portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor all sales and pre‑sales teams across Gulf regions, establishing performance expectations and a high‑achievement culture.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, with a focus on Saudi market expansion.
• Set and manage sales targets, KPIs and metrics across business verticals such as Workforce Management, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, AI and Cloud Services.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts in government, semi‑government and private sectors.
• Oversee the full sales pipeline from qualification to contract negotiation and closure for the technology portfolio.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker with fluent English business communication.
• Minimum 10 + years of direct experience in the Saudi Arabia market and at least 5 + years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets in enterprise software sales.
• Strong understanding of government and semi‑government procurement processes in the Gulf.
• Established network of contacts within Saudi Arabian and UAE business communities.
