Sales Director – Middle East

About the role

Energy Exemplar is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead business development across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Reporting to EMEA leadership, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint within the Energy, Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia targeting Energy, Utilities and Oil & Gas organisations.
• Meet or exceed assigned financial sales targets and quarterly performance goals.
• Build, manage and maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Oversee the full sales cycle across the Middle East, acting as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with a virtual portfolio team to engage, retain, enable and expand Energy Exemplar’s customer base.

Required profile

• Proven experience building relationships with Energy, Utilities and Oil & Gas organisations.
• Strong network and expertise in the regional energy market.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with EMEA leadership.
• Results‑oriented and capable of driving growth in a fast‑expanding company.
