Sales Director – Retail

About the role

The Sales Director (Retail) will lead the retail sales strategy and operations for a leading Saudi retailer, driving revenue growth, profitability and an outstanding customer experience across a multi‑branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall retail sales strategy.
• Lead and manage multi‑branch retail operations and sales performance.
• Own sales revenue, profitability and commercial KPIs.
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across branches.
• Analyze branch performance to identify opportunities for revenue and profit improvement.
• Improve sales productivity, conversion rates, average transaction value and customer experience.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales Managers and branch leadership teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 15‑20+ years of sales experience, with significant retail sector exposure.
• Extensive experience managing multi‑branch retail operations.
• Proven track record of leading large sales teams and geographically distributed operations.
