Sales Engineer – HVAC

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to lead the promotion and sale of our HVAC solutions in Jeddah. The role combines technical knowledge of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning products with strong commercial acumen to grow our client base. You will work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for HVAC products and solutions.
• Identify and attract new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Build and maintain strong connections with clients, contractors and consultants in the HVAC sector.
• Prepare, track and negotiate pricing proposals and close deals in line with company targets.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or engineering.
• Established network with clients, contractors and consultants in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities with key stakeholders.
