Sales Engineer – Industrial B2B

About the role

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is looking for a driven Sales Engineer to join its Commercial Department. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating new business, and expanding the sales pipeline for cast and forged products across key industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, end users, and distributors in Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, and Industrial sectors.
• Act as the primary customer‑facing representative for assigned accounts, conducting regular visits to understand needs and project pipelines.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales leads and opportunities for forged and cast components.
• Support vendor registration, pre‑qualification, and onboarding processes with customers.
• Collect market intelligence, including upcoming projects and competitor activity, and contribute to account plans.
• Transfer qualified leads to Commercial Operations and ensure accurate hand‑over of customer information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in forging, casting, or heavy manufacturing.
• Strong exposure to customer‑facing roles in Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in lead generation and opportunity development.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic preferred.

Required skills

• CRM system proficiency.
• Salesforce platform experience.
