Sales Engineer - KSA National (Commercial Refrigeration)

About the role

An experienced KSA national Sales Engineer with a strong background in commercial refrigeration systems is sought to join the team in Saudi Arabia. The role drives sales across the KSA market, builds and manages customer relationships and expands the dealer and distributor network. The position is based in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell refrigeration systems to supermarkets, warehouses, food processing units, installers and dealers across KSA.
• Identify and develop new dealers and distributors to expand market reach in assigned KSA countries.
• Train and support dealers on product knowledge, system selection and technical updates.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Prepare, present and follow up on technical proposals, quotations and tender documents.
• Work with the engineering team to deliver technically accurate, customised solutions.
• Analyse the market for opportunities, pricing trends and competitor activity, and give feedback to management.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates and forecasts, and achieve annual sales targets for new refrigeration equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Must be KSA national.
• 3-5 years of experience selling commercial refrigeration systems.
• Experience developing and managing dealer/distributor networks across multiple countries.
• Willingness to travel within KSA to meet clients, partners and visit project sites.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration system selection, design and applications.
• MS Office, refrigeration system selection tools and SAP.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
