Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth for a fast‑expanding freight‑forwarding company in Jeddah. The role focuses on selling ocean, air and road freight services to new and existing customers across the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities in the Saudi logistics market.
• Promote and sell ocean freight (FCL & LCL), air freight and road transportation solutions.
• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to booking, shipment execution and payment collection.
• Achieve monthly targets for shipment volume and gross profit.
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor market activity, competitor rates and maintain accurate records in the company system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight‑forwarding or logistics sales within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated success selling FCL and LCL ocean‑freight services; air and road freight experience is a plus.
• Existing customer relationships or a network in the Saudi market is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of freight pricing, quotations and profit margins.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; a valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
