Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the full range of our products to assigned customers, ensuring optimal shelf presentation, and gathering market intelligence. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling orders, complaints, and returns while supporting the sales team with accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company's product portfolio to assigned and potential customers.
• Provide feedback on competitor activity within the territory.
• Implement planograms and ensure proper product placement.
• Issue special order requests and collect invoices according to company policy.
• Prepare documents for call cycles and business reviews.
• Identify and report new customer opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
• Present daily orders and collections to the team leader or accountant.
• Process return forms for defective products with supervisor approval.
• Report unresolved issues to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly account reconciliations with customer signatures.
• Perform inventory checks during each visit, covering warehouses and shelves.

Required profile

• Minimum High School diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer‑facing role.
