Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans by analysing market trends, identifying potential clients and using CRM tools to track progress.
• Engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking events and social media to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of our market research services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, providing timely updates to management.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in market research or a related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and client needs, supporting informed decision‑making.
