About the role
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s full product range to assigned customers in Saudi Arabia, while providing market feedback and ensuring proper documentation and collection processes.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the widest range of company’s products to assigned customers and report competition activity.
- Issue special order requests as needed and collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare documents for call cycles or business reviews before market visits.
- Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before returns.
- Report any unresolved problems or objections to the team leader.
- Review customer account reconciliation quarterly and obtain customer signature/approval.
