Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth within the logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain sectors. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships and delivering sales targets while enjoying a dynamic, challenge‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
• Valid Saudi driving licence (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
