About the role
The Sales Executive at Rosewood AMAALA acts as the on‑property commercial representative, ensuring every client visit, inspection and interaction reflects the ultra‑luxury standards of the brand and the unique sense of place of the destination.
Key responsibilities
- Lead expert‑led site inspections and host travel advisors, corporate clients, government delegations, media and VIP guests on‑property.
- Serve as the primary sales contact, maintaining deep knowledge of rooms, villas, wellness, dining, experiences and destination offerings.
- Support proactive sales activities such as lead qualification, proposal preparation, presentations and client follow‑up.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Front Office, F&B, Wellness, Experiences and Security teams to guarantee seamless client visits.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi) and support familiarisation trips, client entertainment and sales activations.
- Ensure all communications and commitments are accurate, approved and aligned with brand and destination protocols.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, front office, reservations or guest‑facing luxury hospitality roles.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong presentation and hosting abilities, high cultural intelligence, professionalism and discretion.
- Organisational and administrative competence with the ability to conduct extended site inspections and outdoor tours.
