Sales Executive – Retail Growth (YRG)

About the role

The Sales Executive – YRG will drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with major retail outlets across the Kingdom. You will be responsible for securing product listings, expanding shelf presence and achieving sales targets in a competitive retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with large retail chains and hyper‑markets across KSA.
• Secure product listings and negotiate commercial terms, pricing and promotional agreements.
• Manage and grow existing key retail accounts to maximise sales volume and profitability.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility and availability across retail locations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply‑chain/logistics to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
• Execute trade‑marketing activities and promotional campaigns in coordination with internal teams.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed commercial terms.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in retail sales, FMCG distribution or key‑account management within KSA.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid driving licence in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in the field.
