Sales Manager – B2B SaaS & HR Tech

About the role

Qureos is looking for a Sales Manager to lead B2B SaaS and HR‑Tech sales across mid‑market and enterprise accounts. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help accelerate the company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos and strategic commercial conversations with HR leaders and recruitment teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, customer success and leadership to maximise conversion and customer outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales management or full‑cycle closing roles.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles from discovery to contract.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
