Sales Manager – Cityscape West (Freelance)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for Cityscape West, a flagship real‑estate event organized by Tahaluf Al Emarat. Working on a freelance/contingent basis, you will manage assigned territories, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with local and international clients in the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets in line with the sales plan.
• Manage campaign timelines, floor‑plan allocations and pipeline activities.
• Maintain KPI performance, including phone time, face‑to‑face meetings and CRM usage.
• Ensure exhibitor satisfaction through regular follow‑ups, on‑site re‑bookings and retention strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales results, pipeline status and activity logs.
• Support business development initiatives and identify new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within large‑scale events or real‑estate exhibitions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with key stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
