Sales Manager – Construction Materials

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management for construction materials in Khobar and Dhahran. The successful candidate will leverage strong networks within the Saudi construction market to grow revenue and build long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Eastern Province.
• Identify and target new opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction materials, carpentry/joinery, interiors or contracting services.
• Established network of contacts in Khobar, Dhahran and the Eastern Province.
• Proven track record of achieving B2B/project‑based sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
