Sales Manager – Control Panel / BMS / ELV / Electrical

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive growth for control panel, BMS, ELV and electrical solutions by implementing sales strategies, achieving targets and nurturing customer relationships. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this individual contributor role focuses on market coverage, business development and end‑to‑end sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and improve sales SOPs, providing feedback for departmental efficiency.
• Visit clients and cover the assigned market area, executing instructed activities.
• Develop business plans for new market segments and assess feasibility as directed.
• Build relationships with end users and major contractors on special assignments.
• Maintain an accurate project pursuit list and implement sales strategies for projects.
• Manage pre‑sales, sales and post‑sales interactions with customers, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Achieve annual bidding and sales targets, meeting volume and gross‑margin expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in technical sales roles.
• Proven ability to implement sales strategies and meet targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent worker who also collaborates effectively within a team.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
