Sales Manager – Hotel Segment (Jeddah)

About the role

The Sales Manager leads sales activities and drives rooms, groups, meetings and events business across assigned market segments. The role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, guiding the sales team, and achieving revenue, room‑night, ADR and overall commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue, room‑night and ADR targets for the hotel’s assigned market segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through daily sales calls, site visits and tele‑marketing.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct hotel site inspections and present tailored solutions to win groups, meetings and events.
• Coach and support Sales Executives, organise daily sales briefings and monitor team performance against targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, market intelligence and competitor pricing surveys for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a comparable sales role, preferably within hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
