Sales Manager – Industrial / Conveyor Components

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our industrial sales activities for conveyor components in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across key sectors such as mining, cement, oil & gas, petrochemicals and process packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the conveyor components market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Collaborate with engineering to design customized solutions for customers.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue and report to senior management.
• Manage the sales pipeline using SAP tools.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 + years of industrial sales experience.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
